Do you only offer templates? Can I get a custom design?
- We offer template options as well as full customisation options. Simply check the appropriate box when filling out the order form.
Can the colors of the electronic invitation be changed?
- Of course, please select “Fully Customise” when you place your order.
Is it possible to include the names of both the bride and groom’s parents?
- Yes.
Who creates the cards?
- Our designers create them.
How long does it take to complete an invitation?
- Generally 2-3 working days , depending on the design.
Can the design be modified after completion?
- Yes, free modifications are provided up to 2 times. It’s advised to organize all the modification requests and inform us at once. Additional modifications will incur extra charges.
Can certain function buttons and text information in the template be removed?
- Yes.
Can I add some information/function buttons?
- You can add information and buttons, but not functions we do not offer.
Can the wording in the invitation be changed?
- Yes.
Can you create a bilingual version of the invitation? (Chinese-English, Malay-English)
- Yes, please select the language option when filling out the order form.
Can I choose my own songs?
- Yes, please provide the YouTube URL of the song when filling out the order form.
How long will my evite be available?
- The package includes hosting of the invitation for 90 days post-wedding. For continued hosting, the fee is RM30/90 days. Please renew within 90 days after your wedding, or the invitation will not be retained.

我的电子请柬能保留多久？
- 套餐包括婚礼结束后90天的请柬托管。要继续托管，费用为RM30/90天。请在婚礼后90天内续费，否则请柬将不再保留。

- Kami menawarkan pilihan templat serta pilihan penyesuaian penuh. Cuma tanda kotak yang sesuai apabila mengisi borang pesanan.
Bolehkah warna jemputan elektronik diubah?
