We offer five packages: Evite A – Custom Design (RM400), Evite B Pro – Premium Template (RM310), Evite B – Template-Based (RM260), Evite C – Minimalist (RM158), and Evite D – 2-Page PDF (RM60). A / B Pro / B / C are delivered as a hosted webpage; D is a PDF file only.

Evite B (RM260) uses a template as-is — you can change the wording and delete content, but the design style, colours and layout stay 100% as per the template. Evite B Pro (RM310) you can adjust background colour, fonts, font colour and content layout, mix & match layouts from other templates, and add/remove pages.

No. Evite A can include both music and a countdown. B Pro / B can include music, and a countdown only if the chosen template already provides one. Evite C and Evite D do not include music or a countdown.

Yes, for Evite A / B Pro / B / C. We create an RSVP form (e.g. a Google Form), add you as an editor, and transfer ownership to you with basic setup guidance — this is part of your delivery and not charged separately. Evite D (PDF) does not include an RSVP form.

Evite A requires a non-refundable RM200 deposit (50%), with the remaining balance due before evite launch. Evite B Pro, B, C and D require full payment upon ordering.

After you approve all details of the final design, the project moves to the launch stage (published online as a live, animated webpage). The remaining 50% must be paid in full before we begin launch — we start only after 100% of the total is received. Without the balance, the project stays at the approved-draft stage and no webpage is published.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable once the design process has begun, and once the draft is confirmed the order cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases we may consider a partial goodwill refund at our discretion. If we are genuinely unable to deliver due to a fault on our side, we handle it fairly — completing the work or issuing a fair refund for work not yet done. Your statutory rights under Malaysian law are not affected.

Evite A includes 1 initial design + 5 amendment rounds; B Pro / B / C / D each include 1 initial design + 3 amendment rounds. After your free amendment rounds is used up, further revisions are RM30 per round (all packages).

A round is one complete review-and-return cycle: you compile all your changes into one consolidated list, we implement it and return an updated draft. That cycle is one round — regardless of how many or how few changes it contains. Changing a single word, name, date, colour or photo is still a full round.

Corrections of errors caused solely by us (e.g. we mistyped a detail you had provided correctly in writing) are free and do not counted as a round. Note: errors you approved at the proofing stage do count. Requests that exceed your package’s scope aren’t revisions — they need a package upgrade.

Yes. An upgrade need to pay for price difference to the higher package, plus an RM50 adjustment fee if we’ve already sent you an initial design (before the initial design: pay for price difference only). Packages can only be upgraded, never downgraded.

Upgrade does not restart the design process, but we will guarantees a minimum of 2 amendment rounds for you if you have less than 2 amendment rounds after upgrading.

The initial design is typically provided within 2–3 working days from the order date. The overall timeline varies with monthly order volume and the discussion/amendment process, and may be extended during peak season. All timeframes are estimates for reference, not guaranteed delivery dates. Please respond to drafts within 48 hours to keep on schedule.

Once published/delivered, your project is closed. Any change afterward — no matter how minor — is a reopening fee of RM50 per round, regardless of range. To save cost, please submit one consolidated request; drip-feeding changes one at a time means each submission is charged separately.

Yes — please carefully review all details (dates, names, spelling, grammar, layout) before publication, and also confirm the timing/speed of animations and all interactive features. We recommend a family member or friend help proofread. Once you approve, we’re not responsible for subsequent errors, and corrections become post-delivery reopenings fee.

Your e-invite webpage is currently hosted by us on a complimentary, ongoing basis as a goodwill courtesy. This is not a perpetual or contractual guarantee — we reserve the right to move to a fixed hosting term (e.g. 1–2 years) or introduce a renewal/maintenance fee in future, with advance notice where practicable. We recommend you keep your own record of the invitation details.

No. A PDF cannot be converted into a webpage. If you later want a hosted webpage version, it is treated as a completely new order at current prices — the price-difference upgrade rules do not apply, because the medium is entirely different and nothing from the PDF carries over.

We retain editable source files for six (6) months after delivery. After that, files may be archived or deleted at our discretion without prior notice. Once deleted, a change can no longer be a reopening and is quoted as a new project. We’re not a backup service — please keep your own copy.

Slight differences in colour, font rendering, spacing or animation across devices are normal and not defects. We optimize for mainstream current phones and use the couple’s own phones and one XAMIYA Wedding testing device (three in total) as our reference standard, carrying out one round of reasonable display adjustment on them. We can’t guarantee flawless display on every device (e.g. tablets).

Some browsers and devices (especially mobile phones) block music autoplay. This is normal behaviour and is not a product defect or a display/compatibility fault.

Never. We do not use your personal content — real names, photos, event date, venue or contact details — in any public marketing, and we won’t do so even if you offer consent. We may showcase the design only after fully anonymizing it (replacing your details with sample/placeholder data), which contains none of your personal information.

You are solely responsible for the copyright and usage rights of any music you choose or supply. We don’t provide licensed music or verify rights on your behalf. If a platform mutes/removes your music or takes down the page for a copyright issue, it’s not a defect and not covered by free revisions — any change then is a post-delivery reopening (RM50).

All designs, templates, layouts, colour schemes, motifs and animations — including those developed for a custom Evite A — remain the intellectual property of Xamiya Wedding. You receive a licence to use the finished invitation for your own personal wedding only. Your personal content (names, photos, event details) belongs to you and is never reused for another customer.

Your personal content stays stored for as long as we host your e-invite. You may request deletion in writing at any time; however, once deleted, your hosted e-invite is also taken down and cannot be reopened or restored. Your data is used only to design, produce and host your e-invite, and we never sell it.
